JOB DESCRIPTION:

-The Executive Assistant is primarily responsible for providing high-level, personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner

-.Receiving and making calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence

- Reading and analyzing incoming correspondence including email, memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.

- Handling requests and queries appropriately.

- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders

- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs

- Encode reports, memos, letters, and other documents using MS Word or other relevant computer software.

- Follow and carry out the standard documentation and filing system of the Company with efficiency

- Other tasks may be assigned
